I worked with them for less than a year because I started getting suspicious when creditors started calling me non stop. I tried to get in touch with MMGRMP to no avail, they did not return phone calls, would not answer e-mails. I was finally able to get a hold of someone, cancelled my account and asked for a refund of my money. The sent me a letter which I signed and returned to them (they claim they never recieved it) and that my refund would take 4-6 weeks to process (this was back in June 2004). I am still waiting for my refund, again I have left messages, sent e-mails and noone has responded. In all they took 2,000.00 from me. I just want my money back and if they did not follow through I don't see why I should have to let them keep the initial fees and pay a penalty for cancelling with them.
