Straightening iron worked for several months then would not heat up. Tried to get in touch through website several times but couldn't reach anyone. I finally gave up and took it to a small electronic repair shop I knew and had it fixed. It worked for several more months and quit working again. Took it back to same repair shop and had it fixed again. It worked for several more months and quit again. I gave up and went to a beauty supply shop and bought one that they recommended.

The repair shop I took it to did not tell me what made it quit working so I don't know what was wrong with it either time. As much as it cost I thought it should have lasted longer than it did. I paid about 200.00 for it which I thought was too high but my hair gets very frizzy in the Tennessee humidity and it did keep my hair straight even when it was humid.
