My wife and I were working with Miracle Management Group now dba Risk Management Partners, Ltd. in order for them to help us settle debts with creditors. We have been sending them monthly payments and as of today 2172006 they still have not settled one account. We have given them enough money to payoff two accounts and they still have not done so. We have been constantly calling and sending emails asking why these accounts have not been settled and we receive no replies. The only time we ever receive a reply would be if we where to call them to advice that we need to change our payment date. When calling all we get is voicemail. We have learned information that the state of Arizona and the Arizona State Banking Department has issued a final order requiring Miracle Management Group, Hyla Stanton and Risk Management Partners to pay restitution and leave the state of Arizona for operating an unlicensed Debt Management company in Arizona. Currently, we have one of the creditors, which is in the program with Risk Mgmt. Partners to settle this account, contacting us on a weekly basis demanding payment on this account. We have informed the collection agency calling for the creditor to contact Risk Management Partners since they have Power of Attorney regarding the discussed account. The collection agency for this account has contacted us that Risk Mgmt. Partners is not returning any phone calls to them and that they will not continue to call them anymore. Now since Risk Mgmt. Partners, Hyla Stanton are not settling accounts as they described they would, we will have to deal directly with this and other collection agencies to settle our accounts. We have sent certified letters to Risk Mgmt. Partners to terminate the agreement we signed to Risk Mgmt. Partners not settling creditor accounts when there is sufficient enough monies to at least settle two accounts. We have also faxed the letter to them. We are still waiting for a reply back from Risk Management Partners. Risk Management Partners is now operating out of Irving, TX and still doing the same business. We need help on getting back all the money given to this FAKE company. Risk Management Partners was a SCAM business operating without a license when we signed up with them and they should have to pay restitution of all monies to every client they signed up not only living in Arizona but living outside of Arizona as well. We have filed complaints with the FTC, BBB, Dallas BBB, AZ Attorney General, AZ Banking Dept., our state AG, our US and state Senators and the list goes on. Please help us on getting our entire refund back.
