i took an online pay day loan in may for 200.00..never recieved any paperwork.i recieved one email that stated this loan would cost me 60.00..since then this company has taken over 420.00 from my account..not specific time frames,sometimes a few days apart..i have paid over 420.00 to them and they continue to take money when ever they feel loike it..it is creating a mess out of my account,making other legit checks bounce..they never sent me anything regarding how thier pay scale works,i have n way of reaching them..when i took the loan there was no conversation with any of thier staff, i never signed anything.i certainly never gave permission for them to take money whenever they feelloike it..i dont know what to do..please help!! j morris
