The bill in question was paid by my Health Insurance. The Doctor in question is a participating provider with my insurance company so there is no out-of pocket expense for me. Gold Key Credit has been notified of the payment by the medical provider yet Gold Key not the medical provider still insist that I have to pay the difference. They have reported this as a bad debt to the credit reporting agencies and continue to call my home and send mail. They have arbitrarily refused to stop collection procedures.
