my husband and I have had personal service ins. co. for 4 years coming in june of this year....in november 2002, 6 months after we got the insurance policy, he had an accident. according to bmv in columbus, his record was for 2 points, but according to the insurance company it was 3 points. so naturally our insurance went up in price per month. i know the insurance company has to keep this on record for 3 years, but why should we pay extra for another 7 months until our policy renews itself in june 2006.......i think the points should have had come off after 3 years whether the policy renewed or not....how can this be so.....................
