On July 30,2008, early in the morning, I checked my bank account on line only to find out that my bank account had be debited 1041.00 from a company called Smith Haynes and Watson with a 1800 next to it. This was an unauthorized debit that put me SEVERELY in the negative with my bank. I have NO IDEA who this company is but in doing some investigation on line, I find they are associated with Geneva Roth. I immediately called my bank to file fraud charges against this company. On July 30, 2008 the debit me for 400.00, 328.00 and 299.99. This again was an UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT from my account. I immediately called the 1800 that was next to these debits and the name Smith Haynes and Wat ( as it appeared on my statement) . They do not identify themselves when phone is answered by automation and I called before they were open and left 5 messages in there general mail box explaining who I was and the reason for the call and demanded a call back IMMEDIATELY. I then called again at 8:05am when they were open and again it was automated and it said hold for the next representative, I was on hold for a half hour and no one ever got on the line and no one has returned my messages. I went to the bank to get this ac debits back to me but in takes days and paper work and now my legitmate payments or bouncing left and right and my paycheck that is being deposited tonight will be eaten up by the overdraft fees that this UNAUTHORZED DEBITS have caused. This company had NO RIGHT to debited anything from my account without my knowledge or permission.
