I've been being harassed by Central Credit Services. There main office is located in Jacksonville, FL
I called a debt collector that was trying to contact me by leaving a name and number on my answering machine on several occasions. He never mentioned that a debt was owed, just wanted me to contact him . I finally called him. He was pressuring me into making a phone check payment during the call, asking for my Banking information (routing number and account number) He also wanted me to make payment arrangements then.

He asked what I would consider to be a fair payment amount, and I said 25.00 a month. He said that was 'unacceptable' and I HAD to agree to a one time lump sum of 3180.00 or 3 monthly payments of equal amount. He also said that a judgment had already been filed against me. If I had a judgment entered against me, I would have received papers from the county I live in. He also said if I didn't want to pay now, not to hire a lawyer because I would lose in court and also have to pay court costs and other fees.
