Report Fraud
Geneva Roth Financial

I applied for a payday loan I believe in May 2008 on the internet. I recieved a call from a representative from Geneva Roth and she told me that I would recieve e-mails approximately four days before the due date of the loan and at that time I could request to pay the loan in full, if not 90 would be deducted from my checking account automatically. I have yet to recieve such an e-mail even after using their only contact that is displayed on their website, which is an e-mail address. I am so frustrated because I really want to be done dealing with this company and I have paid them almost, if not already, triple the amount I borrowed. I've used payday loans before and usually you only have about 2 months of extensions and the loan has to be paid in full. This is really ridiculous and what do I do?
