in 2005 i was encouraged to take a buyout from delphi i was told they would be closing the plant in december. with the terms of the union and the company on my return to work agreement i came back to work for a week then i took the buyout from delphi i had been with the company for almost 12 years .i was under pressure from the company and the union to take the buyout or take the chances of being fired.i took the buyout @35,000 in 2005 my problem is that they then turned the buyout into 140,000 for people that still had less time with the company than i did ,so i dont think its fair that they offered people with less time served than me 105,000 more than what they did me??? thanks daniel a davenport 31 n.torrence dayton ohio 45403 ph 937-256-0389 cell 937-212-8443 e-mail add.daniel45410@yahoo.com
