I was offer a job at American Home Health also DBA Rotech Inc out of florida. Job suppose to have started on 04162005 pending a credit and background check.

The company called me and told me they were withdrawing my employment offer because the company they hired to do the background check TriCor employment Screening, Ltd 12315 plaza Dr Cleveland Ohio 44130 reported to the company that I had a criminal record which was 16years old.

Under the FCRA it states that before any negative information can be reported to an employer etc, Theu need to call the consumer and verify and give the consumer a chance to clear up any false information etc, TriCor didn't do this, The FCRA also states nothing 7years or older can be reported which Like I said this was 16yrs old.

Also for a company not to hire someone with a misdemeanor that is 16yrs old, When they had a record that is much worse.

If you look up Rotech Health Care Inc you will see were the federal government ordered this company to repay them millions of dollars for medicare fraud.
