This company, Allstate Financial Services, called me at work and left a threating phone call that I need to call them back as they were starting legal procedures for a deb I owed on a Credit Card. I called and after a hour of talking with a man name Scott, who threaten me with police officers coming to my job and attorney fees, because I did not want them to debt my checking account, but wanted to mail the payment in, which he would not take, not knowing the laws I reluctantly gave them my checking account to debt it of 2 payments which would pay the amount off. With that the debt on the dates that I did not authorize and them continuing debting my account after they had been paid in full. When I called to speak with a manager I was given to a Mr. Green, who cursed me and threaten me and told me that I was 'shit out of luck' and proceeded to tell I owe more, when I knew I did not. When I contacted my bank to inform them of this company the said I would have to close this account to stop them from continuingly debting my account. I cannot believe that this allowed and that this company has been able to get award with theft for so long. I will be writing everyone and anyone regarding this company, somebody has got to stop them from what they are doing and harrassing phone calls, the threats and cursing you out. People please report your complaints to everyone and anyone until someone does something.
