During hard times I took a 300 payday loan out from this company. They in turn took 90 out of my account every two weeks for over 6 months resulting in paying them over 1,000 for a 300 loan as well as countless NSF fees. I tried contacting them to get this matter settled once and for all and never could get a response. I tried faxing the form but the fax number was no good. Out of desparation and because I am in the middle of bankruptcy, I closed out that account wherein they ran up over 900 in NSF fees trying to debit my account every couple of days. I am no receiving threatening calls at work sometimes more than 2 times a day. They have even gone so far as to ask to speak to my supervisor and even told the receptionist that I owed money. This put me in a horrible situation at work. When I try to call back the number they left I get a recording and never a person. After reading all the other complaints I am now worried that they will obtain my new account information and start taking money out of it and I will be right back where I was with NSF charges. Can anybody help in this situation? A 300 loan should not cost you over 1,000.
