I purchased my computer one yeat ago on sale for 1,800.00 on a one year payment plan and they have refused to ship it to me after paying in full. I have contacted them three times to resolve the problem and each time received a different lie. I have even asked for my money to be refunded if they are not going to ship it and they still continue to withdraw money directly monthly from my bank account. This company is nothing but a sham and fraud. I am lost as what I should due to resolve this problem. Should anyone be able to give me some guidence I would be most appreceative.
