I took out a small loan back in August, 2008 of 300.00. I recently found out that 90.00 has been deducted from my account every 2 weeks since that time. When I called about this a customer service rep told me that they sent me an e-mail, but the address was an old e-mail. Then they preceded to tell me that I could settle the debt by paying 150.00. They agreed that with the 90.00 coming out this week, that I could just pay 60.00 and be done with them. We'll see. I am so frustrated and angry because they really took advantage of me.
