I purchased a L C X 18 c G P S sonar two years ago and it has quit working I paid 1195.00 for it. I contacted Lowerance and was told that they did not repair this unit any longer,and gave me numbers to two other repair co. They offered me a 75.00 coupon towards another lowerance unit. I contacted the repair facility and was told that the were never able to repair that unit,parts were never available for it.I feel like I have been ripped off !! To spend that much money for something that cant be repaired and only two years old. And them to have the nerve to offer 75.00 tobuy another one of there sorry products.
