For 18 months DIRECTV harassed me for 212.00 saying I did not complete my commitment contract of keeping the service for 2 yrs. The service was so bad that I canceled after 6 months. The only problem with the company's claim is that the installer never presented me with the 2 yr contract. Despite this DIRECTV tried to extort money from me. I was very frustrated but refused to cave in to this company's attempts at extortion. I then read online that if you have a problem with a company to start e mailing the CEO. I did this and within 5 weeks the company dropped its claim against me. For all who have been victimized by this crooked company, give it a try. I hope it works for you.
