This consumer is making an complaint this company Genva-Roth Vent for unauthorize debit from my bank account. This consumer never been contacted by this company (Genva-Roth Vent) to make any authorize this debit from my bank account. This morning this consumer noticed an unauthorize debit (Genva-Roth Vent) from my online banking. This consumer contacted my bank regarding unauthorize debit from Genva-Roth Vent, this consumer will despited this and contacting my bank I have make an stop payment of this unauthorize debit to Genva-Roth Vent. This company Genva-Roth Vent did not leave no telephone or contact number from my bank. I will report this as fraud to have Genva-Roth Vent of unauthorize debit and this should be investiged through the BBB. I never heard this company before of Genva-Roth Vent. This is wrong with Genva-Roth Vent making unauthorize debit to the consumers

However, Genva-Roth Vent tried to take out 190 from my checking account. Right now, it's pending transaction I contacted my bank right away and I put a stop payment, it will take overnight. But, this is a new bank account and like there stealing someone's information it's like identity theft. And, like for Genva-Roth Vent they stole my information and I have no slightest idea how they gotten my information to make this unauthorize debit from my new bank account. It is not right for Genva-Roth to steal people's information and this should be reported this fraud and be invesgiated through the BBB.
