Unfair Collection Practices

Enterprise Recovery Systems,, Inc.

Enterprise Recovery Systems has alledged that their student loan rehabilitation program has been suspended due to loss of participating lenders. They have extended a 9 month agreement due to this. This extension is indefinite. They are also threatening wage garnishment if I do not continue to make payments for months not agreed to. This extension notice comes at what was supposed to be the end of my contract with them.
