I have tried to purchase a computer . They have taken the payments from the banking account . I have sent the documents as they asked two times . The first regular mail . Second certified mail There is a signature . The representatives in customer service says here have not been any recieval of documents that I must send again . Upper mangement does not respond to any questions emails or phone call .

They according to them must continue to take the monies until uppermanagement givves a date to send the computer . The company is just scamming in order to get monies out of customers and lalygagging with sending out the computers .
