I MOVED OUT OF MY HOME JULY 2005 BECAUSE OF FINANCIAL PROBLEMS TO BE ABLE TO SELL
MY HOME.I TURNED THE UTILITIES OFF TO SAVE MONEY WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF
GETTING A BUYER FOR MY HOME. CHARLOTTE COUNTY UTILITIES CONTINUED TO BILL ME
EVERY MONTH 87.00 FOR NO USE OF ANY SERVICE. I HAVE CONTINUED TO PAY EVERY MONTH.
THIS MONTH 22006 I RECEIVE A BILL FOR 146.35 AND STILL I AM NOT USING ANY WATER, THE
METER IS TURNED OFF AT THE BASE AND TAGED. I AM FINANCIALLY UNABLE TO PAY ANYMORE,
I FEEL LIKE I AM BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.I CALLED THE WATER COMPANY AND THEY TOLD
ME I COULD TURN MY WATER OFF.WHEN I RECEIVED BILLS,I CALLED BACK AND NOW I AM UNABLE TO TURN MY WATER OFF FOR ANY REASON.SOMETHING ABOUT I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE METER OUTSIDE IF I AM LIVING THERE OR NOT.I WAS TOLD UNTIL I GET A BUYER FOR MY
HOME I HAVE TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I AM NOT USING ????? I NEED HELP, ALL MY LIFE I HAVE
NEVER HAD TO PAY FOR A SERVICE I AM NOT USING.I ALSO WAS TALKING TO THE NEIGHBORS
AND THEY TOLD ME THEIR BILLS ARE ONLY ABOUT 60.00 A MONTH.I LIVED IN THIS HOME FOR ALMOST 6 YEARS,HOW MUCH HAVE I BEEN OVER CHARGED AND I AM STILL BEING OVERCHARGED. PLEASE DIRECT ME TO A SOLUTION I AM UNABLE TO PAY ANYMORE BILLS.
