Threatening Foreclosure and forceable removal

Report Fraud
Community Home Financial Services,, Inc

On Friday April 25, 2008 I received a call from Calvin Watson at said company at 8:14pm notifying me that if they did not receive a Western Union Quick check in the amout of 1584.22 by noon Staurday April 26, 2008 my house was going into foreclosure. The company had allowed me to break my monthly paymants into a biweekly payment. I somehow missed a partial payment in December of 2007 as well as one in January. Each payment was supposed to be for 287.14. Beginning February of 2007 I was able to pay the entire amount and have it to the company in full on the 1st of each month. I was not told ever that I had missed the two partial payments so each month I paid the full amount half was taken to pay the rears payment that had been missed. I never received anything with my monthly statement notifying me that this issue even existed. I hung up the phone and prepared to run out and fulfill his request. I then realized that it was too late to withdraw the cash from the bak to get the quick check so I called to see if I could possible have an extention till Monday morning. A woman named Andrea answer and stated that Calvin was unavailable and she could help me in his stead. She told me he was wrong with what he had said and that she could take a check over the phone and all would be resolved.
At 10:00am Saturday morning Calvin Watson called and said that Andrea was terminated for taking a check over the phone and that I still had to get the Quick check to the company or they would be at my home by 2:30pm that day and since we tried to undermind him by talking to Andrea he was going to have someone there to forceably remove us from our home. He then hung up on me. I called back and requested to speak to his supervisor and was tranfered to a Ken Cummings in the legal department that reiterated everything that Calvin had said. He then hung up on me. I did get lucky and I found a Winn Dixie that had a Western Union that I could use a debit card to make the transaction at 11:35am. None of these procedings seem legal and to me almost border on illegal processes. Now I have a huge ding on my credit report due to this!! And the money was in my account the whole time. If I had known that there was an issue it would have been resolved immediate upon discovery.
