This is my second complaint with this company in a week, my frist omplaint i submitted it on april 21, 2008. Today i called my account to see if my check had cleared for a bill I had set out. At these sharks for a scond time in one week had withdrew 390.00 from my account, I called them immediatley, and they told me that it is not showing in their systems , so i told them to hold on and i called my bank, my bank explained to them that t was taken out from there company , even after that he still did't understand how the money came out, they only thing that he can ssy is that if has to go to the accounts department to see, hwy it had happened, and that he would call me back. Guess what I've never got a call back, My bank told me to close my account, but after reading all of these complaints, that they still withdraw money form the new ones, I don't know what to do. Now my account is in the negative because of this and my check bounced, along with the NSF fees. what can i do , this is truely wrong.
