Prestar Financial Corporation is actively involved in a scheme to defraud involving investments in a land development scheme. As a way of funding the scheme they have committed title theft wherein they have forged warranty deeds and recorded the false deeds transferring title from the rightful owners as part of a bogus refinancing scheme. They then equity strip the property. Involved are the attorneys for Prestar, Robert Schlyer and John kantor.
