My Husband borrowed 300 dollars back in October of 2007, In which the interest on it was 90. On April 4, 2008 my we gave them the entire 390 full. (From cotober 07- March 08- a total of 1,170 was withdrawn from our account) Two weeks after we made the payment in full, they then took another 4390 out of my account , therefore causing my account to be over drawn. Since, this was on a Friday, o one acted like they wanted to answer their phone. after several attempts, I began to tell the rep, that this account has already be handle, she insist that i was lying, therfore i had submit a copy of my bank statement, in which I refused because it should of been on the screen, once i told her the money was taken out, and that she is not talking to a kid, she then asked me for my bank number to see if there are any overdraft fees. Once i called them on 3-way, and the bank confirmed it, she said that I would have to wait until Monday. I called on Monday (today 44208)allday again, cause no one would answer, and she gave me the run around, I had to do the same thing over again, only this time she told me that I wasn't on the account so i couldn't make the decision. I hand the phone to my husband( who is not very phone-business oriented), and he is explaing what has happened, she insist that they never withdrew tha money form our account, nor did we pay the 390 in full. My husband had to call the bank, get the bank to tell them what the overdraft fee was, and it would be clear. before my husband got a chance to ask the rep for Geneva roth if she got all the information need, he got the dial-tone. Now this is as of today April 21, 2008. I guess i will wait a couple of days and seee if it went thtough. I still think that they should of stopped taking the money out after they received there 390 in there first 5-6 withdraws. Someone needs to put a stop to this company. For getting a what i thought was a 300 loan turned into an almost 1200 loss.
