I tried to cancel my service and they put me on hold for 30 or more min to see will I hang up, but I kept telling them I want to cancel my service and they told me do i want to do a survey and i said no. They just kept going on about this and that I told them I want to speak to A manager and they said they were the manager. Then I said just cancel my service by that time my wife got on the phone and pleaded with them just cancel my services. We stay on the phone more than a hour just trying to cancel the service. When they finally realize that we werent get off the phone until we cancel the service then they said okay. The process staying on the phone trying to get the service cancel It took about two hours. A month later I got another bill and call up and say i thought you cancel our service. They responded saying oops we may mistakes it look like you cancel your services and we will refund your money that was in December . Its is april and they still taking money out my account
