Report Fraud
Directt Tv AOL fraud billing

I first need to say, I'm an old guy and don't have much experience with laws, bank problems, idenity theft, internet stuff I experienced a fairly large problem when I noticed I was beeing billed for Direct TV services. I did have satallite tv at the time and thought the charge were normal. But I was being billed 0.19 cents than refunded 0.19 at firsts than billed 50.00 a month, I than talked to my girlfriend after a couple of months and told her I was being billed for Direct Tv so the bill was paid to date. She than Informed me we didn't have Direct TV. We never did. we have Dish Network. and she was paing that bill. I check all my equiptment and I didn't have any Direct TV equiptment. I never signed up or received any Direct Tv Bills Or Guides. I thought this was very strange. I spoke to my Bank and they informed me that Direct Tv was charging me month 50.00, 125.00, 500.00, 12.00 21.00 as well as being charged 1.05. 019 0.05 0.29 then credited Back all those charges. I complaint to my bank they halted the direct TV charges. I spent hours on the phone tring to get my money back the had charged me in error.
They claimed I had a current account going back 5 years. I explained I didn't have Direct TV equiptment so how could I be using their services. The didn't have my correct address or phone number. Direct Tv refused to reimburse me any money they took from my bank account. My Bank did waiver overdraft fees and reimbursed me all payment made up to 60 day prior. but I was be billed for 7 months. After I stopped the Direct Tv authorization to obtain payment from my bank account. I noticed after going over all the past statements I also found I was being charged the same way By AOL with first same fee or a few cents of 0.12 then crediting the .012 back, than billing my account each month for charges ranging from 25.00- 85.00 I also confronted my bank about these charged because I don't have AOL services. and never did. I don't have a computer at home only at work. There is no way I should have been billed for AOL Services. AOL says they aren't billing me. The bank claims they are, they gave me an address to complain to and a phone number but you never get a live person on the phone and they don't return your messages. I told the Bank the was a problem with Bank Fraud and Idenity theift. I filled out a police report but the bank won't refund any money from more than 60 days prior. the fees look almost normal. but getting billed for a fee cents -0.09 and credited 0.09 Is very strange and I should have been notified. Right now I out about 1800.00 over 7 months. I live in a small town and this is a small local bank, the bank employees know me very well. I don't understand why they won't help me recover the fraud charges and some bank overdraft fee.
If anyone knows what I can do in Texas to get my money back and clear my name from this fraud stuff let me know.
