I gave notice prior to my contract ending with sprint (family plan one phone contract ended on 12-25-05 the other phone contract ended on 1-17-06). Sprint cancelled the service 30 days early on the second phone, I called them and they reactivated. I know I owe them for December 05 and January 06 (prorated) 175.00. However, Sprint contact me by phone in January saying I owed them 175.00 plus 250.00 per phone for early termination. My contract with T-Mobile for the first phone started on December 26, 2005, and the second phone was not released until after January 17, 2006. I had to call sprint and asked them to release it on January 20, 2006. Now they have turned it over to a collection agency who wants to settle it. I would like to be included in the suit filed against them. I may already be a class action member but I have not received anything since this case was filed. Is it to late or can I still get in on the lawsuit? Also, if I can I would like to settle with me paying them the 175.00. Please advise. Michele Roundtree
