I have a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica with 33,000 miles on it and have had it in the shop 4 times for the transmission, and once for a complete brake failure. I have always been told by the service writes at the different dealerships that it is normal to exprience the Shuddering problem. I beg to differ with them since being online I have found about 250 or more people with the same or or simarlar problems. I have called chrylser customer service and have even gave them several attempts to repair my car and all they say is someone will get back to you. I have been waiting for 3 weeks to here from a zone rep for this issue. I'm hoping others have posted there complaints here as well. I have had noting but problems when trying to get Chrylser to listen to me. I hope an attorney or someone can help me.
