I had the Mirena placed on November 19th 2007. I have been suffering every since. I have had severe back pains, joint pains, unbearable abdominal pains, headaches, cramping, weight gain, and alot of other things. I talked to my doctor and he tried to convince me to keep it. After sitting in his office in tears he gave in and took it out. Since having it out I have benn diagnosed with an infection and I have an appointment for an ultrasound to get checked out for cysts. I am still experiencing alot of pain.
