Geneva-Roth Ventures is stealing money from consumers illegally. I received a cash advance from this company about 4 months ago. I experienced some finanical difficulties and I could not pay. When I first applied for this loan I gave them my credit union backing information(account and rounting numbers) when I fell on hard times I put a stop payment on this account so I would not accure NSF fees. I opened up another bank account about a year ago. On March 26, 2008 without my authorization this company tried to debit out of my account 400.00. How they got my new account information, I have no idea. My bank charged me an NSF fee of 32.00 in which they refunded back to me after 2 days because I explained to them that I did not give this company authorization to debit my account. I spoke to a representative of this company by the name of Jerry to see if I could make arrangements to pay this loan. He was not very cooperative at all. I agreed to pay 100.00 every two weeks. This agreement was on a Thursday, on Friday they took the 100.00 that we agreed and 100.00 more, totally 200.00. I called Jerry back to explain to him what happened and he told me sometimes the transaction will show up in my account as double, but it will only take out once. I'm still waiting to see if what he say is true. This company is a rip off, I will not give them anymore of my hard earned money and I will close down my old bank account and open up a new one. Let's get these dirty loansharks.
