On 8262005 I purchased a new Toyota Corolla from Al Hendrickson Toyota at 5201 W. Sample Rd. in Coconut Creek FL.

My car was generally serviced at the dealership. On January 5th 2008 when my car had 57,000 miles I had an oil change at an Auto Center near my which I decided to do before taking it to my regular dealer for the more comprehensive 60 thousand mile service.

When I reached 59,657 miles I took it to Hendrickson Toyota for the 60 thousand mile service. Later that same day I received a call from the service department saying that because of excessive engine oil sludge my engine was no longer functional and it would have to be replaced.

I had it replaced and have since learned that the problem has been fairly widespread in Toyota engines. I am therefore asking for legal assistance in recovering my repair costs.
