Geneva Roth took 400 out of my account back in February. I never gave them my account number or authorized them to take money out of my account. when I called them in February, I spoke to Ms. Golden and asked her why did she take money out of my account and that I did not authorize the transaction. Ms. Golden told me that her company is a ''member of a banking association'' and that they had a right to take out of any open account that I have. I do not dispute that I owe money for this loan, however, the account information that they had at the time was for a different account that I was forced to close. I told Ms. Golden that she possible overdrew my account by taking all that money out. She said that if the funds get returned, then we will do a agreement of 200 every two weeks, 229, 315, and 330. Well guess what??? The 400 charge went through on my account, I was charged a 35 NSF fee and on top of that Ms. Golden tried to take another 200. She called me and asked me why the transaction did not go through. I told her that the 400 went through so she got 200 MORE than what was agreed upon. She renegotiated my ''agreement'' to have the last 200 taken out on 330 since I basically paid 2 payments. I checked my bank statement online on March 14th and found out that 200 was debited from my account. WTF? I called her BACK and told her that she broke our agreement and whatever contract we had on repaying this loan. She said that she does not recall any agreement that we made, but I wrote everything down. I told her that from this point on she will not contact me. If she has anything concerning this matter, she will contact my lawyer. I also told her that my lawyer will be in contact with her company. I looked this company on the BBB and people have complained about this before. At least I don't feel like the only one. This could be a possible class action lawsuit!!! I hope I can reach people with similar complaints.
