I broke my bally's contract,so shortly after that my account was taken over by a collection agencylaw office named Wolpoff Abramson, L.L.P. I payed them 315.00 on 5-25-06. On 10-17-07 I received a letter from Professional Recovery Systems trying to collect 344.92 on my Bally's account.I called Wolpoff and told them the situation and I was told this happens alot. When I called PRS they gave me a very hard time and this was after I sent them the copy of this being paid off . I was told somebody was looking in to this at the same they were posting this account on my credit report. Well now it's 3-13-08 and I just received a letter from Telcollect who took this over from PRS. Telcollect wants 439.62 for my Ballys account. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it I don't know what else to do..
