Basically in a nutshell. I lost my job. I called Chase trying to negotiate. They laughed at me. Called my former office pretending to be an employment agency and tried to get private information about me. When that did not succeed, they called back stating who they really were and that I had sold my house and this is a quote 'Went back to India after he sold his house'. Full Discrimination there. Next, they sent repo people three times after 2:00 am In the morning with a noisey tow truck and flashlights. They turned off my water main. Causing my dishwasher that was running to short out. My hot water heater also had to be replaced later. My front door and front door lock was damaged by them. They also opened my mailbox and looked at my mail. Which was a violation of Postal and Federal Laws. They breached their contract by sending Repo people, not once but three times at night causing disruption in the neighborhood. Also by Racial Discrimination by commenting I WENT BACK TO INDIA. And mostly by damaging my property by turning off my water main. I want them to give me my pink slip plus damages for pain and suffering and discrimination penalties as determined by Federal Laws as compensation.
