I am salaried for 40 Hours as a Dollar General Store Manager. I was under the understanding that I was a manager not a stocker and cashier. I spent 10 minutes a day in the office and 95 of the time stocking, being a cashier, and cleaning. I work at least 45 to 53 hours a week and am not compensated for it. I was told that I must work at least 45 hours if the store is perfect if not additional hours to fulfill the obligation and I am only compensated for 40 hours.
