my loan was sold off from my previous servicer to community home financial services. and within 1 week they put me into forclosure stating my account was past due. It is not past due and I was making my payment within the 10 day grace period on the 6th. They refused to take payment over the phone and forced me to go to a western union and send a money order to them..... I can't find them anywhere on the web other than this site for another complaint. The money order concerns me as to if it is actually going towards my loan or if someone is just taking it and going shopping. I think this is a terrible way to do business and I don't think it is lawful to force someone into forclosure when they are within their grace period.
