TICKETMASTER SOLD ME ONLINE 4 TICKETS TO THE DISNEY PLAYHOUSE SHOW (136.10) ON FEB.29, 2008. I PURCHASED THE TICKETS IN AUGUST 2007! I RECEIVED AB EMAIL STATING THAT THE TICKES I RECEIVED SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SOLD AND THEY OFFERED ME TICKETS FOR THE SAME SHOWAT A EARLIER SHOW AND IN BAD SEATS. THEY EMAIL STATED TO CALL BY THE 15TH OF FEBRUARY IF I WANTED THEM, IF NOT THE TICKET PRICE WOULD BE CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT. I 'HAPPENED TO LOOK ON MY PORCH AT 5:00PM TODAY AND FOUND A PACKAGE UNDER MY MAT. THE PACKAGE CONTAINED 4 TICKETS TO THE DISNEY SHOW. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPLAINED THAT I DID NOT WANT THE TICKETS BECAUSE 1) I DID NOT ORDER THEM FOR THAT PARTICULAR SHOW 3:30 2) THEY WERE BAD SEATS AND I HAVE SMALL CHILDREN 3) I CANCELED MY PLANS TO ATTEND THE SHOW WHEN TICKETMASTER CANCELLED MY ORIGINAL TICKETS FOR THE 6:30 SHOW 4) I HAVE TO WORK AND HAVE OTHER PLANS!
THE CUSTOMER 'SERVICE' REP. AND HER SUPERVISOR BOTH TOLD ME TO PAY EXPRESS SHIPPING (20.00) TO HAVE THE TICKETS SENT BACK TO TICKETMASTER AND THEY HAVE TO GET THERE BEFORE THE SHOW! IT WAS 6:00PM WED. AND THE SHOW IS 3:30PM FRI. !!!
I AM UPSET BECAUSE 1) I ORDERED THE TICKETS IN AUGUST AND I DID NOT RECEIVE THE TICKETS UNTIL TODAY. I FEEL LIKE I AM BEING FORCED TO ATTEND THE SHOW AND ACCEPT BAD SEATS. AND EVEN IF I GET UP AT 8:00 IN THE MORNING, THE TICKETS MAY NOT GET BACK IN TIME. 2) I AM HAVING TO SPEND 20.00 ADDITIONAL DOLLARS ON TOP OF THE 136.00 I AM ALREADY OUT 3) THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WAS RUDE, WOULD NOT COMPROMISE, AND HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME 4) I AM BEING CHARGED A 17.00 CONVENIENCE CHARGE AND 3.10 ORDER PROCESSING FEE FOR SERVICE LIKE THIS 5) IF I PAY TO SHIP THEM BACK, TICKETMASTER WILL NOT REFUND ME THE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR ALL THE TROUBLE!
