Kept my 99 and I got no refund after cancelling

BlueHippo Funding

Bluehippo has pulled a bait and switch tactic with its false advertising. I callerd to cancel but I never got an answer from their customer service. I sent them an email and still no response. They kept my 99 deposit. They refused to refund my money. I'm going to make a claim with Bank of America for fraud.
