My story sounds the same as most every body that has delt with this company, they have collected well over 1000.00 on a 300.00 loan and no way to contact them to make a payment. Finally put a stop on my account, twice. Now they are contacting me, why not before? They have put me into collections for five hundred and something and the phone calls have just started.
