I was told via phone that this money of 90 a py period was paying off the loan but that is not true..They never sent me any paper work and said my payday loan was turned down and then all of a sudden I had 300 in acct and they keep taken the 90 out...every pay day..I have had some real problems medically and am filing BK7....I was told by my attorney to list them or I will never get rid of them...? Is that true?
