I mailed a package to my son on 02042008 to the following address of 12219 Ormandy St Houston Texas 77084. The package never arrived at the address i was told the that the zipcode was suppose to have been 77085. I have made several attempts notifying the post office at 77084 that the package has not been either received nor returned to me and no one at the post office can answer to me what happen to my package. The package had class ring in it valued at over 500.00 and my sons W2 forms which he needs to get his taxes done. I have been told to call the downtown post office of houston which they do not have the package. I was then told the contact the post office of 77085 zipcode they do not have the package and no seems to know anything about where this package. The tracking number for this package is 0307 1790 0004 9710 4659 i was told that the package should have been scanned and there should have been some indication as to where the package is whether if it is being forwarded to the correct zipcode or just returned to me. No one can give me any answers. I would appreciate your assistance with helping me to get this matter resolved asap.
