In 2005 we closed on a condo built by Homes by Towne. We lived in it for 1 year and are currently renting this property out . My compaint is that there have been numerous problems in these units ie. flooding, tiles lifting, problems with the roofs, and the list goes on. Now the community (Watercrest) has a reputuation and the units are very hard to sell or or sold at a loss. Realtors know of the problems and don't Homes bring customers there. I might add that these units were selling from 400,000 to 800,000 dollars. As they were being built realtors were flipping them and creating artificial prices which Homes by Towne did not discourage. When the market corrected many people lossed alot of money The builder is no longer in town and has turned over a mess to the condo association.
