My name is Kenneth N. Davis. My wages are being garnished by this company Franklin Collection Services . Before this came about I asked them if they worked with various credit counseling agencies .Some lady rudely said'ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!! We can do better by garnishing you job. In the fall of 2007 I offered 50 dollars a month on a 2400.00 medical bill from Rush Hospital dba H.C.Watkins Memorial Hospital. She told me 50 dollars was not enough .300.00 a month or else.The else resulted inmy wages being garnished .This may very well destroy my family as I make maybe 1300 a month.I have a wife and 2 daughters to take care of . I called many credit couseling agencies and they all said that they worked with this company in the past.One even gave me their telephone number.(Frankllin Collections of Tupelo,Mississippi.) Now someone is lying and it's Franklin. How would these people have their number if they haven't corresponded with them in the past.Nobody gives out their telephone number to someone else just for fun.I'D LIKE TO BE PART OFTHIS CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IN NORTHERN ALABAMA,These people are destroying my family.
