DCS has been harassing me for over two years over a loan from 2000, they have taken my federal tax refund every year as well. Recently, they tried to administer wage garnishment at 15 which I had to fight for four months and even contact the Attorney General. So I thought everything was settled, but when my tax refund was not deposited and I was told they took it, I knew it wasn't! Now without my tax refund it is going to cause a financial hardship and I am going to have to go through the same thing I did for four months before probably at risk of losing my apartment!!!
