On november 17, i bought a samsung model TX-R3079WH at brandsmartusa, the tv came with malfuntion on the screen, on december 12 i went back to the store, to return the tv, or exchange, the representative from the store named roberto, told me that because they had give me another television set i had 10 extra days on the warranty from the company, lets say that now instead of 30 days i had 40 days;
for example if i bought the tv on 1117 instead of expiring on 1217, the warranty should expired on 1227.
What happened is that the tv. they gave was used and had the same problems, so on 1221 i sent my girlfriend to return the tv, not exchange, but return because we were having enough troubles with that tv already; they told her there at brandsmart that they couldnt return the tv, because the warranty was expired
they denied the fat that they gave us 10 extra days on the warranty and dont want to give me my money back.
