Last year I fell behind one month in my payment because of medical expenses for my youngest son. I notified Community Home as soon as it appeared that I was going to be late on my payment. I was late for three months and was then able to catch up. During this time I paid with my VISA. Community Home consitantly double charged my VISA and once tripple charged the account. After I caught up the late payment Community Home still was threatening me with forclosure for a couple months. Then in August (maybe Sept.) they started to call and threaten forclosure again claiming that I my bank had rejected a payment. I sent records from the bank showing that this had not happened but they are still calling and claiming that I have missed a payment. They are collecting interest on money that is not owed. I have filed a complaint with the FTC and was refered to the FBI. The FBI said they will pursue an inbvestigation if there are enought other people who have had problems with Community Home. I am seeking any and all persons who have had problems with Community Home and asking them to contact me so I can present a number of instances to the FBI.
