I've been taking Cymbalta for years and have been unable to cease treatment with this drug due to the fact that it is incredibly addicting and causes severe withdrawal symptoms. I have been a student in a university and working over these past few years, and was unable to take the weeks of time off needed to go through this withdrawal. Currently, I'm between jobs and am almost done weaning myself off the drug (before: 60mg, now 10mg). The withdrawal is horrible with both physical and mental symptoms. Eli Lilly did not warn doctors or patients of the troubles with Cymbalta Withdrawal. Now, hundreds of thousands of people are stuck on this drug, or have had to live through horrible withdrawal symptoms which make work, or even driving impossible.
