The loan documents from closing do not match the filed deeds. At closing there where to be a 1st and 2nd loan, however, there where 5 sets of closing papers and 4 loans made. Nothing match what I had received in the mail or what was filed 8 months after closing. I filed the first lawsuit 04cc-4856 on 04Nov2004 against Marilyn Schulte, Sunset Mortgage, LLC (they where forced to close), Jennifer Smith, Tom Brown, Anchor Brokers Co. America's Title Sources, Inc., Town Country Appraisal Serv. and Gary Custer.
From the time of closing until filed 8 months later the interest rate went up and my husbands name was added to my loan. The 2nd suit cv305-7131 was filed 19Sep2005 against Option One Morgage. Bankruptcy was filed May2005 with Atty Timothy H. Battern, an injuction was also filed by Atty Kenneth Gibert and he showed up at the courthouse 1 and a half hours late and the judge gave us 3 days to move out. But Mr. Gibert did get paid. after I had to move back home Mr. Gibert never showed backup for any other court dates. I still have every document from before closing until now. I have the orginals that the prior owner was suppose to receive but, was mailed to me. That is how I know for a fact the documents where altered, fraud. Sunset Mortgage tried to settle with me for 1500.00 I still have that paper to. But, after I was kindly given over a 10 interest rate I didnot think that was fair. And my closing agent Mrs. Schulte had stated she was going to takeoff 500.00 for each her and the other seller then after closing followed me to my bank and handed me a not 1 but, 2 promissory notes for 500.00 each I froze rigth there in the bank and could not move. When it was all over I had no house keys no nothing I went back to my aunts in disbelief. If any other information is needed please contact. Thank you.
