I HAD A CREDIT CARD WITH THIS COMPANY AND IN NOVEMBER 2007 I DISPUTED THIS ACCOUNT WHEN THEY ADDED A 79 FEE. IN ADDIDION, I CANCELLED THE CARD. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY DOCUMENTATION REGARDING THIS DISPUTE FROM HSBC YET THEY CONTINNUE TO ADD FEES AND CALLL ME 6 TO 8 TIMES PER DAY. I SENT THE ANOTHER DISPUTE LETTER (CERTIGIED MAIL) ON 12508 AND INCLUDED IN THIS LETTER THEIR HARRASMENT PRACTICES THAT THEY HAVE SHOWN ME WHILE THIS ACCOUNT IS IN DISPUTE. I HAVE CONTUINNED TO PAY 25 OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT EACH MONTH WHICH IS THE AMMOUNT AND METHOD I HAVE ALWAYS USED. I JUST RECEIVED ANOTHER CALL TODAY DEMANDING A PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE OF 84 AND THE STATEMENT WAS MADE THAT I AM NOT 168 OVER THE LIMITED. I DI NOT PAY ANYTHING OVER THE PHONE AND STATED THAT THIS ACCOUNT WAS IN DISPUTE. BACK WHEN THIS HAPPENED, I PUT A NOTE ON MY EQUIFAX CR STATING THAT THIS ACCOUNT WAS IN DISPUTE BY CONSUMER. I HAV NEVER BEEN LATE ON THIS ACCOUNT, AS I ALREADY STATED MY PAYMENT WAS SET UP TO GO TO THEM AUTOMATICALLY.
